This picture of Colin and his lion was from Spanish class. The students sang a song in Spanish about animals and the kids each held an animal they were singing about.
In case you can't tell, this picture is of Grace signing. I can't remember the name of the song they signed but they also siged two Bible verses. It was very impressive!
The last two pictures are of the kids with their science class. We are studying Swimming Creatures of the Fifth Day and their shirts are actually painted with real fish! You go, Ms Kelly! All three science classes are quoting Genesis 1:21.
It was a fun program and it, along with co-op itself, gives the kids that "learning with peers" and teamwork that homeschooling can be lacking if you always stay home. I was once told that the hardest thing for homeschoolers is to stay home and school. I didn't understand that then but I do now. There is so much to do and so much to learn outside of textbooks!
